Caring for your opal
As opal is the same hardness as glass we recommend removing your opal jewellery prior to any activity that may cause damage, in particular rings - playing sport, gardening etc. Ideally opal rings should not be worn every day to minimise the risk of damage. Always check your opal ring for any movement and make sure claws and surrounds are secure.
